Dunno about you guys, but I have to be honest with myself. I hate jelqing. It's too much of a hassle...you have lube dripping all over the place, your penis gets too erect, too soft, your penis suddenly gets cold...Jelqing is too repetitive. I just dont want to deal with it.
I'm shooting for a stretch-only routine.
1)Warm up
2)Powerful 5 way stretch with kegels. Place an OK grip below the glans but make sure you trap some blood into the glans for a better grip, so when you pull, there is a minimal amount of blood being forced into the glans. IMO, pulling sideways gives you a fantastic inner penis stretch. Get a good 20-30 kegels for every direction you stretch in (left, right, straight out, up, down). Pull hard enough, like a man (if you are experienced enough).
3)Fulcrum stretch for inner penis (also known as mandingo stretch). Place an OK grip below the glans (and trap a bit of blood). Now rotate your wrist so that your glans is pointing downwards. Your shaft comfortably wraps around the exterior of your thumb. In fact, somebody posted a picture of this stretch but it is WRONG. I'll post pics later. Do 30 Fulcrum stretches JAI style.
4)5 way stretch with kegels again
5)Tunica tugs x 20
6)Ligament massaging. Locate your ligs (right where your penis connects into your body)...massage them a bit. play around, see if there's anything interesting you can do.
7) Warm down
In fact, I do this routine a few times (and it doesnt overtrain me).
You can throw in some more length exercises, why not. Just make sure you know your limits.
