I have finally started JP's beginners routine on the 3rd of April. I am only able to "workout" 3-4 times every week as opposed to 5-6 times every week like some people are doing on here.. I was wondering if my limited time for PE would slow down any possible gains..? Also, I am trying to stretch and do kegels when time allows on my off days.. No gains as of yet, but looking forward to when I do make them!. Maybe I should just try to measure once a month..? Your thoughts and insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!..
