    I have finally started JP's beginners routine on the 3rd of April. I am only able to "workout" 3-4 times every week as opposed to 5-6 times every week like some people are doing on here.. I was wondering if my limited time for PE would slow down any possible gains..? Also, I am trying to stretch and do kegels when time allows on my off days.. No gains as of yet, but looking forward to when I do make them!. Maybe I should just try to measure once a month..? Your thoughts and insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!..

    Measure once a month and 4 times a week can be enough for most people to see gains.

    Is there a good reason why you cant train more or find the time to do stuff,i find it easy to find an hour out of 24hrs in the day to do PE i struggle to wonder how some people cant.

    It is about time you stopped lurking, and really started! (ref: join date Aug '09).

    Working out 6 times a weeks seems, a lot to me, 5 is ok (2-on 1-off rotation) but might might be to much for you as it is to some people, so 3-4 days a week might be just perfect for you. Though I should emphasize that you should not do 6 days a week before AT LEAST a couple of months have passed, and still while doing your routine, be sure to follow your Physical indicators; Helpful quick links.

    The information on there that Waylander put together is priceless; read it! Answering your question as straight out as I can: "Yes", though it is not certain, but the time and effort you put in in PE(without overworking your penis=more results). But then again, less is more, so the absolute BEST tip I can possibly give you is "Less is more", and follow your PI's. So apply that patience coating all over yourself and be prepared to become amazed

    I personally strive to do 5 on, but then again I started with a penis that could withstand a lot of abuse and have no conditioned it fairly well. If you can only do 3-4 days a week, do whats comfortable for you.
    We all gain at different rates so this might be what your penis needs to EXPLODE in growth!

    Thank you guys for all of your pointers and insight, I will stick with it. As for finding time to PE, I have a couple of roommates and my time for privacy is very limited. My apologies, I have not been able to get on here sooner. Thanks

    Not a problem Sirloin, thank you for your response. As far as privacy time, you can do PE at various times of the day in stealth mode if you will. By going to the bathroom for some very "large shits", in the shower, or even right before you go to bed in your actual bed!

    It really depends on the intensity and volume of the routine. The more stress being applied, the more rest you're going to need to recuperate.

    Some of the most intense regimens will have you doing PE "only" 3 days a week.
