OK im Asian and is 4'5 yea not very tall. i heard about this a long time ago but nvr bothered to try until now.
im 1 inch flaccid nd 3inch 1/2 when erect,so i consider that very small and not even near average!
so i started sept.27 i do it twice a day for 5 days 200 strokes plus 200 more per week for a month
i stretch it before, half of the strokes,then after
then second work out
thats my workout routine im wondering is that good? because so far i havent heard anyone doing it twice a day for 5 days
and thats what i do.i also tend to get the urge to play with the guy after jelqing. did it twice but stopped
is that bad? need opinions please !! im relli determined to do this

- first workout is in the morning right when i wake up
- no warm up
- stretch and pull for 15 secs nd pull 15 times then rotate both clockwise nd counter
- lube
- "milk" it according to number of the week takes 2 secs
- stretch after half of the reps then finish and stretch
then second work out
- warm water warm up
- stretch and pull warm up
- lube
- milk
- stretch at half rep then finish and stretch
