I found a site that have put together a list of some penis-size studies in asia (mostly japan).
The page is all in japanese but I will try to summarize some stuff. URL to the page

All measurements are in centimeters. 1 inch = 2.54 centimeters.

The first study is from 1933, 45 japanese soldiers were measured:
Average BPEL: 12,7 cm
Average EG: 11,5 cm
Average FL: 8,2 cm
Average FG: 8,5 cm

1981, Fuji Latex, 664 japanese men filled in a questionnaire:
Average BPEL: 13,9 cm
Average EG: 11,9 cm

1994, 46 japanese men were measured by an urologist:
Average BPEL: 11,2 cm
Average EG: 8 cm

Okamoto corp. asked(!) 100 japanese men of the streets of Tokyo about their size:
Average BPEL: 15,1 cm

Strange that the average BPEL was 1-2 cm bigger in this study

A study from 1998 by a korean condom maker:
Average BPEL: 12,6 cm
Average EG (Base): 11,2 cm

1998, 232 korean men were measured by an urologist:
Average BPEL: 11,8 cm
Average EG: 12,1 cm
Average FL: 7,7 cm
Average FG: 9 cm

There are 4 other studies from korean urologists that more or less shows the same result.

Finally a chinese study. 2547 chinese men from beijing were measured at a hospital:
Average BPEL: 13 cm
Average EG: 10,7 cm
Average FL: 7,4 cm
Average FG: 8,2 cm
Longest BPEL: 17.4 cm
Shortest BPEL: 8,6 cm

There are a more studies on the page, but I listed the ones I found the most interesting.
Most studies mention "bone-pressed", but I assume that all studies use bone-pressed measurements.

I'm half asian. As far as I can tell, Asians have fewer 'big' dicks than white men. But the regular size dicks are about the same. As far as I can tell.

I always say, Most avg penis sizes studies are bogus. People lie about self measurements, Length goes from like 5 in to 6 in, girth 4 or under to 5 inch.

Also, what guys going to let his penis get measured if its 4 x 3.5 ? I mean really, people should think about that. I'm sure someone will argue this point, I don't expect everyone to have common sense.

I think foods people tend to eat based off of region has more to do with it then race.

It might effect your natural growth with no other things considered. As soon as your out, outside influences take effect. What you eat, general health, nutrients or lack of all effect this.

I'd suggest looking into food that are suppose to be healthy for your penis. Any that promote blood flow would most likely have a positive effect. I have read soy is bad for your penis, though, Green teas suppose to be great.

If I ever have a son, I'll be giving him plenty of foods that are suppose to be good for your penis. He can thank me later.

Hell, its not just random that my penis is fatter on the left then the right. It's because of the way I jerked off. It also bends slight to the right, I noticed this pumping. I jerk off with my right hand, upside down which creates a lot of force towards my right side. I was pretty much doing jelqing without realizing it.
