    Ive noticed that since ive started hanging my flaccid length and girth have declined dramatically is this normal? My EQ is still very good and i have made gains but only erect gains none flaccid. Is this normal?

    Sounds strange, but very possible. If your EQ is good then you have nothing to worry about. I would guess that its your body's attempt to "stay the same" which is something normal, so its trying to heal/resist the good deformation that you are causing. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

      Try traction wrapping or some JAI stretchs everytime you go to the bathroom. I struggled and got frustrated with the traction but I've been doing the JAI strtch regularly throughout the day and have been getting good PI's.

        Hmmm... I've recently started hanging and my flaccid length and girth seem to be a bigger than usual.
        Start: May 2010
        EL:15cm/5.9"
        EG(middle):13cm/5.1"
        August 2011
        EL:17.5cm/6.9"
        EG(avg):14.3cm/5.6"
        First goal (17x14) complete :)
        Next goal
        EL:18cm/7.1"

          Try a warm-up and warm-down. I am guessing you are missing one or both.

          20 minutes on both will work wonders for your flaccid.

          My flaccid increased 1.25" in 4 months with nothing but hanging.

            I did notice this issue when I started skipping my warm ups. I think you are spot on with that analysis.
            Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
            Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
            Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg
            If you just read this, do 10 quick kegels
