In Bodybuilding, some people will stick with the same routines and workouts throghout their whole regimen, some like the "shock factor" of switching different workouts on different days, so that the body doesn't adapt too quickly for the most efficient gains. What Im curious about is if anyone has applied this to PE, doing different workouts on different days, not sticking to the same routine everyday, and if the "shock factor" that one gains from in bodybuilding might be applied to PE. I know that it isn't skeletal muscle, but it is something that has been on my mind lately. Would be intereting to try it out. Has anyone ever done this? And if so, what were your results as far as gains and overall EQ go?
