    When you stretch your dick, I found two ways to do this, and they both feel like they're stretching different things.

    Method 1: Roll your foreskin all the way down (so your penis is fully covered by the foreskin), grab your dick in the middle of the shaft and pull down. What happens to me is the skin above my penis gets stretched down and my fingers roll down to right before my glans

    Method 2: roll your foreskin up all the way (so your glans is exposed), grab your dick right underneath the glans(that area in between the roll of foreskin and the glans) and pull down. What happens to me is no skin above my penis gets stretched, but rather the penis itself gets stretched.

    With method 1, I feel the tug/tension is more on the outside of the penis. At first I didn't do this because I thought I was stretching skin, but after a few minutes of just playing around and looking at it, I realized I am not stretching the skin. Or rather, I should say the tension I'm feeling is not because of the skin.

    With method 2, the tension is more internal.

    Just wanted to ask how you guys hold your dicks when you stretch and if there is a difference between these two. Right now I do an equal number of sets of both methods just in case.

    I'm doing the method 2 and I think its the correct one as you stretch your penis not the skin, but I don't know for sure maybe method 1 is effective too.

    I did mention that the tension I feel is not coming from the skin. The skin merely gets pulled down in the process, but not to a point of tension. So I don't think I'm gaining any skin from doing it that way. My main concern was the difference in the tension sensations that I felt and if it really matters.

    Personally I'll keep doing both until someone tells me to do otherwise and says why, just because both feel like they're stretching a different thing.

    Still curious as to what way most people do it and why, so don't stop with the inputs! I'd also want to see a reason for doing method 2 over method 1 for a reason other than extra skin, since, as I said, it isn't a problem for me.

    hmmm well i'm uncut and i tottaly don't have any issues with jelqing, pumping or stretching, and in fact i find it very suitable for PE, and less likely to have injuries due to the fact that a little extra skin helps with a more smoother glide and less friction... so i pretty much use my dick the same way an uncircumsized dude would, i mean i just grab it behind the glans no matter where the forskin is and do my routine... maybe i have a pretty durable dick though, i have had some pretty rough and kinky sex in my time, like i had broads smack it, bite it, and they would even got tired jackin me off, pretty hilarious actualy... imo, don't think about your forskin preventing any progress for PE, but rather utilize that extra god given peice of snoot for better results!

    and maybe the tensions or sensations you are feeling is just the different internal parts of your penis being stretched... like tunica, or the ligs, or smooth muscle, pretty much every angle and cm difference you direct your penis you will likely feel a different sensation.

    I'm cut but I have loose skin. I pull it back so there is no chance of slipping over the glans.

    If you really feel different parts being stretched then it would be wise to stretch with both methods as two different exercises. To me it sounds like you will definitely stretch some skin with it, but let us know your results.

    The thing is that the thought of pulling my skin back and holding the area between the glans and the top end of the pulled skin, freaks me out.
    I tried it and it was very uncomfortable.
