This is a great idea, after watching Big Al's vid on squeezes it really made sense of it. Pictures are worth a thousand words so videos I guess are worth, a million?

I would, except for three things;
1) I don't have a 'HD-Video Camera'
2) I'm not yet an expert on all of the exercises.. (soon hopefully!)
3) My gf might not be the happiest with me doing it.

I'm ok with the 3rd part. What she doesn't know won't hurt her.
(It's not like I'm webcam modelling or would doing this for pleasure... plus it's for a bunch of guys not a bunch of girls, so I wouldn't feel guilty)

On the main page under exercises, there was one for squeezing but I'm not sure what else, hence the need for pe models.
