Lately I've been under quite abit of stress and pressure, and I've noticed this has has an effect on my hang. Ive lost some girth and length, hasn't been hanging as low either. I'm sure it's because of stress because I've maintained my workouts. Has anyone else experienced similar? Im going to try and relax. Also I think alcohol does no favors either, I've had a few busy wknds lately havin a few drinks, that may also contribute to diminished gains.

Yes, this is possible. A good remedy is erection tea! Some good teas to increase bloodflow are green, ginger, and ginseng...Also it would be a great idea for you to lower your stress level through relaxation. Take a bubble bath, have sex, go to a spa, get a massage, etc.

    Good luck!

So since we know that stress can kill you, and it does, don't you think it would be bad for your dick!

If rum, coffee, or a nap doesn't cure it then it's serious!

Stress puts you in fight or flight mode, and so there is less blood flow to unnecessary body parts, so this can include a bit less blood to your penis. It may also be causing some EQ problems when errect, and could even just be messing with your perception of your hang, it can do things to how you interpret your senses. My advice is just to relax, don't worry about it. Hang fluctuates, you say you've been having busy weekends, have you been getting a good amount of sleep? If not try and get some, get your body back to its healthy rested self, you'll get those gains back, and this'll have you in a much more positive mood which will reduce stress even more. Once you start being more positive and less stressed its a big cycle of getting even more positive

Haha cheers guys thanks. I've had my first sesh back at the gym (weights) in months, it felt great being back! I was pretty pissed at this sudden turtling, I'm taking 2 days off just to make sure I havnt been overdoing it. It's going to be a hell lot of care 'less', smile, lift weights, PE, relax after work and sleep!

I would advise doing more to exercise than just lift weights(assuming that's all you do). Weightlifting is great for increasing the maximum blood pressure strain your body can take but if your heart isn't strong enough to regularly induce high blood pressure than what's the point? You won't be able to use your heart like that in sex or PE if it isn't conditioned. I like running and kickboxing and I'm sure there's some cardio exercise you enjoy, like swimming or dancing.
