TwitterMattersofsize is a really awful site for the most part, you are MUCH better off being on here. Can't comment on the DLD beginner routine, I've never even looked at it.

TwitterIf it is a PE routine involving stretching and Jelqing, it works. The fact that your friend gained that quickly does not mean it would work that well for you, but all PE routines revolve around the same basic principles of applying pressure and expanding tissues. If you are stretching and Jelqing for adequate amounts of time, with correct technique and force, and having rest days, you will gain no matter what name your routine has. Many people could say the same about gains that quickly from our JP90 routine, they're just about finding what works most efficiently for you.

From what I have seen, there's a bunch of judgmental, sexist types over there. They also seem ban happy. From what I have heard, "DLD" is half off his rocker and has several psychological issues. He also seems quite fond of naming everything he thinks of....or imagines he has thought of. Whatever floats your boat I guess. Their forum's not all bad, but you're probably not missing much that you would not find here. I know a guy who used to post there quite frequently. "DLD" thought he had done him wrong somehow and this guy was given zero warning, not sent a single PM, or email no heads up...just banned. When he tried to reach anyone for a comment like a decent human being might expect, he was apparently simply told "You are not welcome here".

TwitterI started on his beginner routine, as the DVD was my first exposure to PE, I found PEGym about 3 months later.
It's quite intense from memory, though there are some good inventive exercises.
This is the best place to be though, no doubt.

MOS is a little intense for me but I still like it. DLD is cool as hell and truly willing to help everyone. He answered my PM's fast. Redzulu is also over there. The dude that invented clamping. He's really cool too and willing to help anyone. He's like my PE idol lol.

TwitterHow much time do you have to check all the sites dedicated to Pe? Pick something and do it, see if you get results and see if you can get help from the members of your site of choice. You might like this one or that one, but get started don't stop..its a journey so take your time and enjoy it, be safe too. You have a buddy that has seen gains ask him to show you his routine and go from there. I found this site first and haven't budged. Keep us posted and good luck.
