Hey guys, I know consistency is key in PE but has anyone incorporated a mixed routine similar to bodybuilding where you change it up. My rationale is that you allow the full extent of each type of exercise, rather than trying to do a number of them in one workout as many do. For example,
Monday - Pumping
Tuesday - Manual stretches, jelq and uli
Wed - Hanging
Thursday - Clamping 2-3 sets of 10 min
Friday - Manual stretch, jelq and uli
Sat and Sun rest
