Thread: Alternating daily routine

    Hey guys, I know consistency is key in PE but has anyone incorporated a mixed routine similar to bodybuilding where you change it up. My rationale is that you allow the full extent of each type of exercise, rather than trying to do a number of them in one workout as many do. For example,

    Monday - Pumping

    Tuesday - Manual stretches, jelq and uli

    Wed - Hanging

    Thursday - Clamping 2-3 sets of 10 min

    Friday - Manual stretch, jelq and uli

    Sat and Sun rest

    Looks like that would be way too much to me. Perhaps skipping hanging and using Wednesday as another rest day would be better.

    I actually just started doing something similar, although a lot more simple. I stretch and pump Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I jelq and pump Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If I have time, I edge or balloon one or two days. The reason I started doing this is because I found that my sessions were getting really long when combining everything. I also feel that splitting up the days I can concentrtate more on the particular exercise and do it better.

    Yeh same here, it was taking me over an hour sometimes and probably over training

    That's sound good! I was thinking doing the same on my vacations. Now
    that I'm going to be alone at home I can do a complete routine.
    But instead of splitting it by days, I'll do it in sessions AM and PM.

    That too is not a good idea. You should stick to one PE session a day, unless you want to overtrain yourself and get injured.

    PE isn't something where you just want to throw random exercises at it and as much as possible. There's no such thing as muscle confusion with smooth muscle or ligaments.

    1 day of hanging a week won't do anything, you're probably better off putting another stretch and girth routine in there.
    And if this doesn't work out for you, you have so many different exercises you won't know what's working for you and what's not.

    Well thats true and thanks 4 remembered! That was something I was thinking and asking myself,
    if would be better or not. I was thinking in 2 days on 1 off.

    Anyway thanks, I'll do just 1 session.

    My thinking is that while one session of hanging a week on its own wouldn't work, when combined in a routine it would contribute to deformation. Surely you will be causing some form of micro tears on each day. But you are getting full w

    That will just lead to extreme over-working of the penis rather than anything that helps, since you're trying to throw so much advanced stuff at the penis with no real direction of where you're going for it.

    More PE doesn't mean more gains.
