So I can kegel hard enough to raise my balls up a solid 3/4" and hold it for about 5 seconds, yet my EQ is surprisingly low. It also varies with temperature but is still not desirable.

So I can kegel hard enough to raise my balls up a solid 3/4" and hold it for about 5 seconds, yet my EQ is surprisingly low. It also varies with temperature but is still not desirable.

Since you mention kegels what is your kegel /reverse kegel routine?
