    Yesterday I tried to start JP's 90 days routine but things went South at the very start: I kept having raging erections every time I touched my penis! Is that negative for the workout? Will it affect the growth?

    You'll get used to it. But you should not be jelqing with a full erection as a beginner, you'll only injure yourself. For now just back off and let the erection subside and then start again.

    Easy to say when you have time, try having a paranoid room mate tha every 10 minutes enters whatever room you are regardless of what you are doing and starts to inspect it.

    If you are paying rent, then ya need to tell your roomy to back off and give you some space and privacy. You're not paying for a nanny, you're paying from a place to live with privacy being respected.
