    I have heard that doing a 2:1 ratio was the best and 5:2 was also good but I was thinking that wouldnt a 1:1 ratio be best because then your resting it for a day instead of doing pe twice in a row..I dont know I was just wondering what works the best.

    You may have to test each one out to find out what works best for you. I too am curious on others opinions.

    Like novajelqer said, whatever works best for you. If there was a perfect ratio then everyone would do it. 1:1 has good rest but for some they may need more PE each day to get gains like 2:1, some like 5:2 because they don't get overworked easy then have 2 good rest days.

    You won't gain less if you only workout 3 days a week instead of 5, or even 7. You create a workout schedule based on the time you have available and the intensity/endurance of your penis. The truth is all workouts are the best because you are working out !!!

    days off should correspond to the intensity of the workout and time available in your schedule.
    So, for example, let's take person A who is a beginner. He decides to do a 2:1 ratio for his JP90 routine. That gives him about 5 days on per week.
    Or take person B, who does the much more intense PNF stretch and squeezes. He'll only do it 3 times a week.

    If the both see good PIs, then what they're doing is the "best" for them. But if person A has a more sensitive ding dong, then maybe a 1:2 ratio would be best.
    we cant answer what works best because it is geared to each individual. How you know what is optimal can be determined by your PIs.
    How's your morning wood? Erection Quality? Libido? If they're all high, then what you're doing is good. If you increase intensity and they drop and consistently stay lowered, then you're doing too much.

    So, for you to figure out your own routine, ask yourself: What is the level of intensity of my workout? If it's high, keep a lowered weekly workout schedule.
    Dance Sucka is right in what he said: Doing more workouts does not always equal faster or bigger gains. Take things slow when you start something, and then slowly build it up.

    it is dependent more so on the type of exercise than anything.

    hanging= no breaks
    pumping/clamping= maybe 1 day off a week
    manual routine (jelq/stretch/other combined exercises = dependent on intensity (i would say 5 on 2 off when conditioned) *** this is more about feel
    kegels = no more than 4 days a week
    reverse kegels = no breaks

    sometimes we want sustained fatigue, some times we want healing....consider your goals and routine first

    About 2:1 I think is ideal, but I agree with Dance Sucka. I work out when I can and don't worry too much when I take extra rest days.

    I try and listen to my PI's and c whats best for me.. and life happens 2 so its going 2 get mixed up the days and whatnot.. but i heard consistency is key so make sure ur still consistent with PE even wen the days might get mixed up .. i used 2 do 5-2 but now i do 3-2 .. 2-1 .. 4-2 .. depends really =P all will help u gain though cuz ur still PE'ing.. c wats best 4 yew and think works best 4 yew..
