I DON"T KNOW HOW ONE WOULD GO ABOUT COMBINING TWO THREAD> Well anyhooo, my flaccid has been so fat her lately, almost as fat as my big guy. Now try thses: Get fully erect like in an edging session. Place an OK grip at the base then squeese. Then slowly move the grip up the shaft a bit squeeze again. But not to hard don't want a broken penis. Do this tell you reach just below the glans repeat a few times. I call thse graduated squeezes.

Thanks Kingpole. I updated the thread with the graduate squeezes. I have a few exercises to add but I'm too busy right now. I will have more time this summer.

Has anybody been trying out the exercises posted here? It would be cool to get some feedback and updates.

Sorry for late reply, my vacation have not allowed to me to get a decent PE. Nonetheless I'm back, Don't know If I can furthermy gains in girth, but one thing I have today that I don't have before, TIME . I start my again PE simple and easy but with quality. Thus I settle my self in O bend and see the result. Don't know if I could give a solid advice and description about O bend, as I have read keidos vast collection on O bend user, they seem to be expert or well knowledge on how to do it. So all I can do was describe how I do it and effect on my unit since I don't know if it has same effect as other when I do it.. My O Bend.. Get a semi erect unit as Radio head had advice (still searching for a proper erection rate on me.. I start at 15% when I see enough blood make a balloon in my unit). Have a tight grip (but lightly loose every 5seconds approx). and a grip from the other hand.. any where as long as I can target desired position. When there's a balloon (trapping the blood into more specific area) I'll bend it in all direction approx 10sec each. I'm doing this method for 10-12 minutes. (My guides was the lines in the frelum, after I have seen the prominent line in it Approx 7 minutes I Do and move Up the bend for another 5minutes). Currently I'M doing this with 1PE and 1Day Off.. Well will report the progress(If there's any) here after a week.. Good luck to all of you

Epsilon you're doing the O bend very well. You have the concept. If I were you, I'd hit a 30%-40% erection level. Personally, near 50% is what works best for me. Higher erection level = more expansion. __________________________________________________ ___________________ *Update: I am going to incorporate the TGC theory in this thread. http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...explained.html Added erect kegels as a level 1 exercise.

I don't think I'm Doing it right, O bend, but my base was catching up with my middle shaft, ah no progress to report since its not yet my schedule time for measuring, I know gains will be harder this time. But none the less I'm in no hurry..

I gained nearly half an inch in girth in 2-3 months doing horse squeezes. Laced them throughout 200 jelqs. At first every 40, then every 20, then twice every 20, which in retrospect was probably too much. But I did gain alot real quick before the gains started teepering off.

Btw I've done them in two ways: 1. Use and underhand grip and stop after the head, then quickly squeeze and release your next finger in an almost tapping motion - like a pulse that surges your blood. Eventually close it and do the same with the next finger. You probably will be too full to close your whole hand this way. 2. Just slowly slide the top hand past the glans and all the way down until your hands meet. Don't losen your grips and go real slow. It should take about 15 seconds. If you do it in 5 then you either don't have a good pump or you're hurting yourself. Good luck with those and be careful. | |
