Did my 1st O bend today. Good lil excersize.

What I did today:

Flaccid bends
Full set of O bends (1-4 fingers)
75% jelq
Uli
85% jelq
Uli squeeze
edge

Kind or intense for me but felt good.

Max, have you got a log? Sounds like you should start one as this post seems more like a log post than one on gaining girth.

I'm having trouble understanding the O Bend. Isn't it essentially the same as the flaccid bend? The only difference being you bend over an OK grip.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey thanks man. I stumbled upon this thread inadvertently because I did not expect to find girth routines but I am glad I did.

Everything is very detailed and I am considering taking up your example girth routines.

Appreciate the work and effort you put into this!

Yes that's pretty accurate. It is a flaccid bend over the OK grip.

Ok your example routine with the o-bends (the first one) is already showing results. I think I suffer from mild peyronie's but the o-bends seem to be breaking up fibrous plaque because something is filling in. I can feel results; this is most definitely an excellent exercise.

Note: I do combo my manual pe with self-hypnosis sessions (aiding in recovery) and for the past month have not supplemented with whey protein but will resume.

Thank you for your work here.

And thanks mods for moving this here. Better place I think.
