    When I went to success rate forum post it had said that the most success was stretching. When I went to excercises on the site I realized that there was more stretching then just left right up down out. Will those that I just mentioned be enough to make good gains, or will I have to do some more of the advanced stretches to make gains.

    I was thinking about doing 30+ minutes of stretching to start the day off, every angle I mentioned above. Then do a 40 minute jelq session - > with a 40 minute edge session with 10 kegels on rest then go back to edging. I do kegels into that routine only every other day to let my penis rest.


    Then, I was thinking about doing the advanced stretches for 30 minutes to finish the day.


    Does this sound good>

    What's your experience level, bigd? I see you've been here since Feb.

    Just because one user reported success with a given routine does not guarantee that it will be applicable to other PE'ers.

    No idea tbh, I've just been doing stuff for awhile. Haven't really kept track of gains or how long I've been doing it. I stopped hanging, considering I didn't have access to enough weights, or equipment. I decided to add stretching to gain some length

    30 minutes of stretching seems grossly excessive to me. I do the basic left, right, out, up for 25 sec, then repeat, then 8 circular stretches for 20 sec each, and finally 2 bundled stretch outwards for 30 sec each. This is nowhere near 30 min. and has worked well for me. I also gained well doing just the JP90 stretched, so yes, you can gain from the basic stretches. If you want to add new stretches, try bundled stretches or A-stretches (search them, there's lots of info).

    Well hanging is done alone without any other exercises. I think if you're going to be stretching and jelqing (and doing other manual exercises) for significant time, then 30 min of just stretching is too much. In this case, OP said 40 min jelqing and 40 min edging, so yes I feel 30 min is excessive.
