    I plan do do PE routine EVERY DAY (without breaks) for 30-40 days (my stretching routine - straight - down, down-right, down-left; straight out etc. - 1:30 hour routine).
    I already finished the 9th day of this 'experiment'.
    I also started to wear my phallosan extender device after my routine - 8 hours each day.
    My ligaments after those 9 days already feel quite sore (but in a good way - I do not feel pain - I just feel the ligaments after the routine and when I do not have my extender on).

    Is there any high risk I will do any harm to my penis - tear ligaments or tunica due to the EVERY DAY schedule?

    Yes, a high one at that. I will present you with a hypothetical case:
    male, 30 years old, want to get strong legs and as such starts running 50 miles every day. After two weeks he gets into a hospital with sever muscle damage and has to rest for quite some time.
    Any questions?
    You body has limits, if your cross them you'll suffer the consequences of your recklessness. Do 5 days on 2 off at top if you wish.
    Do as you please, and may the consequences be proportional to your errors,

    Everman is totally right do not cross your body limit, at least not on the penis. You will suffer if you do.

    Ok I understand your opinion however I want to point out that there is a reason I am using such intensive routine (I described it in another thread) - here it is:

    It takes me at least 4 months to gain 1 cm no matter what routine I perform as well as how intensive it is or what devices I am using (I have done PE since 2009 with breaks). The funny thing is that for my penis it usually takes 1 month to gain 0.5 cm and the next 2 months even if I follow with the same daily routine (that I gained mentioned 0.5 cm with) I will only cement this 0.5 growth and my penis will not 'reach further' on the ruller than this 0.5 cm gain. Usualy in the fourth month my penis starts to grow further.
    This is annoying but it is a fact which I have to take into consideration if I plan to enlarge my penis any further.

    I want to gain 1 cm in length and I want to gain it fast. I do not want to wait full 4-5 months of constant PE to gain CEMENTED 1 cm...but if it will last 5 months - which is likey to happen) I am willing to take up this journey, I've taken it up already.

    You are impatient, I see, and you want to speed up the process, then do it, do all you can to speed it up and in the end, when you have injured yourself due to your lack of understanding of how your body works I'll be here, as a beacon of the past.

    Both me and everman will be lighting like a red beacon all around you, you should consider the warning on pushing your penis limit. Maybe we could put some couple of users and make a routine for people that want to do intense exercise. But maybe be able to save them so they do not destroy their penis? Put some couple of experts in this topic too.

    There are body limits. And I will feel when my body says stop. I doubt that the injury will occur suddenly - not with the manual stretching with my hands - it would be more likely if I was using some PVC pipe during stretching. There are no documented statistical surveys on what the intensive stretching 30-40 every day routine might do. In my opinion, I might take one day break after every 10 days and hopefully I will gain faster. Imagine that PE is like a football game with very strong defense opponent - if you will not risk loosing a ball by risky moves- you will NEVER pass through your opponent.

    Well that is what i was thinking when i was doing jp90 for the first time, well guess what i ended up with a big red dot on my penis which ruined many days of exercise.

    I have said what i wanted to say anyway.
    What you choose to do is your choice i shall be silent from now.

    Actually with PE injuries do happen without you noticing, no pain no nothing then *pop* injury. And doing PE EVERYDAY is a good way not to gain, you gain while you rest, so not sure why you're doing it everyday if everywhere says REST is just as important esp if your a beginner.

    Doing PE everyday is a good way to LOSE gains too. We've heard of overworked ding dongs shrinking.

    The only people who can get away with doing a workout every day with effective results are hangers.
    Steve's right. You won't get any warning signs before injury. Pain isn't a precursor to injury when it comes to PE. It'll just happen. To this extent, feeling your way through the PE is ineffective because you don't feel what's going on.

    Working anything to excess as you've described will lead to over training, tiredness and damage.

    I get that you're impatient. 1cm is a very small amount of gains after 1/3-1/4 of a year. You want to gain, but you won't be doing yourself any favours by putting yourself through these torturous routines.
