    my routine is warming up for 10m, then streching for 10m and then jelqing for 10-20m, and kegals or edging. I am gaining girth but seem to lack the length gains. I do pe 3-4 days of the week. Can anyone offer me any suggestions for length gains. i'm 6.5 inches long

    I've never tried it but hanging seems to be to best way to get length gains. If you don't want to go the hanging route try stretching for longer in different directions or try an extender.
