    Hey all

    The thing is, my corpus spongiosum is very thick and strong - until it gets bout 1.18 inches below the glans. From this point towards the glans, it's thinner, smaller, much less stronger and doesn't stick out as much as the rest. Never, whether I keegel or not when being erected...

    I would post a picture, but I don't feel comfortable enough to do it. Here's an illustration where it's pretty much the same size all the way.

    What can I do about this? Because of this, I loose a lot of girth as well and it doesn't look very symmetric and stron as it an be.

    Any tips or help will be appriciated!

    Get a semi erection, do several kegels, then place one or both of your hands on your shaft just below the low point of your CS and do a squeeze hold. Also, UJ's are much more effective at developing your CS than regular ones are (key is to dig your finger tips into your CS as you jelq).

    Seems like a nice tip. I will def. try this. Just to get it straight:

    Semi erection, kegel, then place myhand around the shaft just below my CS area which is not so strong and squeeze hold. Should I do kegels while squeeze holding? And for how long?

    I already do UJ as I love them.

    Right, tried doing these, rbi99, but I don't feel the effect. I'm to sure what I'm suppose to feel ut when I do them, squeezing CS, I don't feel the upper low part of it expanding or anything. Isn't that what it's suppose to do?

    Typically the area under your squeezing hand doesn't benefit much from the squeeze, only the area above it. Under your hand you have squeezed the blood out, but that means the area above should have even more blood pushed into it since there is a smaller area. I don't need to do these as my CS is well defined throughout it length, but when I do the CS that is exposed blows up. When I jelq and kegel, yes I hold the kegel as I jelq, but that won't be necessary when doing what you are doing. Do several strong kegels, then hold the kegel as you get your squeezing hand(s) on your shaft. After your grip is in place you can release the kegel. Remember to grip as firmly as you can to maximize blood transference to the upper section of your CS. I can't believe the smaller area of your CS isn't dramatically enlarged when you do this.

    Thanks for a more detailed description.

    I will continue to try these more. Why should I do them semi erected? I feel it would be better to do them almost fully erected (I do these in the shower).

    Also, when I grip my hand around the larger parts of the CS, there is still parts below that which I can' grip that gets exposed to the squeezing. More than on top of my grip (on the low CS part) but I guess that is normal.

    How long should I hold and how many sets? 15-20 seconds, 4-5 sets as a start? And should I stop doing my normal Supra Slamers, Ulis, etc. and just focus on this one at this point or just add these as a bonus?

    Try them both ways, but I think semi erect is better. I hate doing fully erect jelqs, I feel like I am jelqing a rock. What works best for you is the right way.
