TwitterSlow down, dude. Limit the timing of sessions to 10-12 mins, as people advise you. You can add a bit of extra pressure through squeezes, if necessary. It is better to do 3x10 than 1x30, and it is also necessary to take 1-3 days in between clamping days. Your desire to get quick results is understandable, but it is not fun to damage the penile tissues and (even worse) the blood vessels. In addition, by doing too much and too often you will be more likely to sustain a decrease in your EQ.
The girth will not increase permanently overnight. It will eventually in almost invisible steps over a period of a few months, provided that you start slow and do it right.

TwitterInitial (06/30/11): BPEL 6.1; MEG 4.1
07/30/12: BPEL 7.25; MEG 4.7
12/31/12: BPEL 7.3; MEG 5.0
Long-term goal: BPEL 8.5; MEG 6.0
so i cant clamp 5 on 2 off?

TwitterYou need to take 1-3 day breaks between clamping days, occasionally probably allowing two clamping days in a row. Going five days straight will very likely result in a loss of EQ. If you have sex with a real partner, you will see what I mean. For clamping, you can still get an erection 5 days in a row, but the fatigued penis will betray you when you have real sex. Maybe, it is just me.
I clamped once or twice a week 3X10 and gained 0.4 in permanent girth over 4 months + up to 0.5 in temporary girth, which will become permanent over the next few months.
The paradox is that going slow and steady will get you to the results faster.

TwitterI want to emphasize what was said above that cells need oxygen. It doesn't take long from when blocking blood circulation completely, to even a minimal cell death taking place. Cell death can happen on a session without a person really noticing. Within a few days the not-noticed cell death has been replaced by new cells. But... by frequently blocking the blood circulation too much and for too long, the result may be something you absolutely do not want: Neurological damage or necrosis. I'll add a link to a picture just for the scare of it: Image sizes Necrosis of the penis due to cock ring - PD Dr. med. Michael Staehler - DocCheck Pictures ... Although the example was caused by a cock ring, it's very much the same mechanisms that goes for clamping.
I think it can't be stressed enough times that one has to know exactly what to do when dealing about clamping.

Twitterhaha.. I thought that picture would give a fright. But following the advices and the exact guidelines you'll find here, you will be quite safe. I said 'quite' as we all have some individual differences to the norm, so basically we'll have to know to interpret the signs of our bodies.
The long time you were clamping, I kind of wondered whether you applied flaccid clamping guidelines to your own erect clamping sessions. That would be a miss :-o
I'm personally afraid of shutting off blood flow. I know quite a bit about spinal injuries and paralysis of the body, and I hear people who sit still still a lot and unfortunately sometimes get their blood flow shut can get pressure wounds (like bedsores). And I was told that the big fear was of getting a pressure wound that they couldn't see coming, as it would start deeper in the flesh, such that it wasn't visibly detectable at the start point like normal pressure wounds; instead it would slumber hidden in the flesh, and quite suddenly would appear to the visible skin and reveal an advanced pressure wound with necrosis.
Hearing this of course made an impression, and I am personally afraid of clamping.
Mods: I hope what I just told isn't inappropriate? I'm not telling this to scare the daylights out of people, but to emphasise the importance of being cautious and alert when practising clamping; that people patiently gather enough information about clamping before exercising it, and follow the guidelines properly.
