TwitterYou need fresh blood there too. Please do at max. 10 minutes set. This is not the time but the amount of pressure you can handle who is important. You can add extra pressure with your hand during the session (by squeezing). Or bend you penis a little bit too add more load on your tissues.

TwitterI just finished a week off because of an injury due to clamping 10 minutes two days in a row in my second week of introducing it into my routine.
If you can go an hour without an injury, you are either not clamping down with enough pressure or you have a penis made of steel. More than likely the first option though.
