    Flaccid Bend - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness

    So, what is the general consensus on flaccid bends? I haven't tried them but I can't see how a flaccid exercise could be beneficial for girth, and I don't want to waste my time

    Thoughts?

    Never tried them but as far as I see they seem like a-stretches to me. I think it's something about the finger expanding the shaft or something, not too sure about that exercise really, maybe it expands the tunica kind of like how a tunica tug does.

    I think they're a good exercise. I've done them at all sort of erection levels, from 0% up to 60% maybe. I often call them plumped bends.

    50-60% erection when doing flaccid bends? Guys! I think we just found out what hard flaccid is!

    Basically i'm looking for quick, easy, dry exercises that I can do when I go to the toilet or when I have 5mins but don't want to do a session with lube etc.

    Any suggestions?

    At the moment I occasionally do a quick 30 second bundled stretch

    That was my suggestion. Those and tunica tugs would be my vote.

    A 30 second bundled stretch sounds good to me. You might also try a
    "pisspull," which is straight out and then down, HARD, for 30 seconds.
    Just be careful not to hit the urinal if you are in the public.
