    Most routines comprises both lenght and girth exersises.

    But I've read that girth exersises may compromise lenght gains. Meaning that it your targeting lenght, there's no need to jelq around 60-70% or clamping.

    1.So would it be correct to assume that inorder to gain lenght first, it would be better just to include stretching and jelqing at around 20-30%?

    2.Also please advice:
    im in to PE for 8 months now and want to target lenght only. How many minutes of stretching and jelging recommended.

    Current routine:
    5 way stretch x 30 sec
    1 inter stretch x 30 secs
    jelq x 50reps x 3 secs x 50% err
    ^ jelq x 40reps x 3 secs x 50% err

    Well if you're focusing on just length then yes there is little need to do exercises such as uli's or slammers or clamping or such, length can be gained with just manual stretches.

    If you've been going for 8 months I would personally say you need to up how many stretches you do. If your routine lasts lets say an hour including warm up, you'd want a good half hour stretching. I gained good length with 32 minutes of stretching and 13 minutes of 30-E% jelqs. Stretching is where I think the good gains can come from

    Read up on length exercises for starters and don't stop jelging but rather jelg at lower erection level like 50-60% where you have more flexibility for the pull at the end of the jelg near the glans. There are a number of techniques you can use. I suggest before asking about them, research them first going to Penis Exercise page which has more than enough information.

    Yep, flaccid stretches for length gains. It works/worked for me.

    Jakebfs: how did u take your rest days when u did the 32 min stretch + 13 min jelq routune? . I'm currently trying 1 on 1 off. But i sometimes don't heal for the next workout and have to take 2 days off.

    A lot of people seem to have success with 2 on 1 off. If your body's telling you 1 on 1 off is better for you then listen to it.

    Stick with what feels right for you. If after some time the results aren't what you were hoping for maybe a more aggressive work out is needed.

    I'd stick with 1 n 1 until this no longer feels like a drain. Though it is possible your over working yourself and maybe need to cut back what you do in a day and move to less in a day with 2 on 1 off.

    Blueman, I did 2 on 1 off, although I was flexible, if PIs showed bad things I'd take a day off, sometimes I couldn't help but take a day or two off here and there for normal life stuff.

    Thanks Jakebfs.

    I do a 10 min warmup and for finishing previously I used to do warmdown with warm wTer gor 5 mins.
    But now I've started cold water rundown for 10 mins after the PE session.
    What works best for u guys?

    There are scientific arguements for both warm and cooldowns, what works for me is actually doing my edging session right after the PE routine as it counts as a warm down and is something to look forward to during the actual routine
