Most routines comprises both lenght and girth exersises.
But I've read that girth exersises may compromise lenght gains. Meaning that it your targeting lenght, there's no need to jelq around 60-70% or clamping.
1.So would it be correct to assume that inorder to gain lenght first, it would be better just to include stretching and jelqing at around 20-30%?
2.Also please advice:
im in to PE for 8 months now and want to target lenght only. How many minutes of stretching and jelging recommended.
5 way stretch x 30 sec
1 inter stretch x 30 secs
jelq x 50reps x 3 secs x 50% err
^ jelq x 40reps x 3 secs x 50% err
