Cool I think it's important to find a level you're comfortable with sticking with. Like when I was home brewing beer, I got really into it and I was cracking and mashing my own malted barley and boiling my own hops and brew day was about an eight hour long process. It was too much stress and I quit. I would have been better just brewing up a can of hopped malt and a kg of sugar, because then I might have just stuck with making beer. Strange comparison I know, but I think it's the same with PE. The most I do these days is 4 days a week. Also I think once you're conditioned and you're allowed to do more intense exercises it's better taking more rest days anyway.
