For JP's 90 day do you guys think that it would still benefit me if I did 3 or 4 days on and take the rest of the week off? But of course taking days needed depending on how I'm feeling.

TwitterI think so yes absolutely. It is surely better than nothing. Quite a lot better.

TwitterCoolI think it's important to find a level you're comfortable with sticking with. Like when I was home brewing beer, I got really into it and I was cracking and mashing my own malted barley and boiling my own hops and brew day was about an eight hour long process. It was too much stress and I quit. I would have been better just brewing up a can of hopped malt and a kg of sugar, because then I might have just stuck with making beer. Strange comparison I know, but I think it's the same with PE. The most I do these days is 4 days a week. Also I think once you're conditioned and you're allowed to do more intense exercises it's better taking more rest days anyway.
