    I found a few older threads with people saying that jelqing at this level was good for length, or that they had heard it to be a theory at least. Was wondering if anyone had any updated opinions on this?

    I'm only really after length as i luckily have a good girth to begin with, i am jelqing now as stretching alone wasn't getting me great results and am looking to do it in the best way possible for length. I don't mind a bit more girth though.

    I might be reading what you're asking here wrong but I'm assuming you're asking what E% to jelq at to maximise length gains?
    If so then you're correct , ~30% is optimal, in most peoples opinions anyway, as it allows your penis to be flexible while jelqing so you're actually stretching it a little too. I think it was Going411by7 that said he never went above around 30% errection while jelqing, and he saw massive gains.
    Looking for the best possible length gains I'd just say keep up the low E% jelqs and manual stretching, and if you plateau in many months time and different stretches still don't show any gains whatsoever then you would have the option of moving to hanging.

    hey man, yeah that's what i was asking, re-reading my post it doesn't read that clearly.

    Thanks for the reply, yeah his gains are very impressive, good to know that's what he did.

    It makes sense that at lower levels you get a slight stretch, 10min of 3 second jelqs would be like 200 gentle stretches.

    Yes, jelqing at low erection level is best for length. Stretches ofcourse and hanging are also known for their good lenght gains.

    Absolutely! Still do! I kegel at least once for each jelq stroke. Same with the stretches.

    I've stopped jelqing completely.

    Right now I do 2:00 holds on my standard stretches with bundled stretches after. Each session I will throw two 5:00 holds in also. That is all I do for lenght. For girth I am strictly ballooning with 1:00 ULIs along with the above mentioned bundled stretches.

    Time is limited for me and I feel that dropping jelqs is a more effecient way to reach my goals.

    If your time is limited, as is mine at the moment, bundled stretches are the way to go.
    So long as your penis is totally conditioned.
