I would have to say most member gain more than me within the year and a month of my PE'ing. I have only gained .2 in mid, .5 in base, and .25 in upper (which I targeted a lot and still am). Not much at all. Thick corpus cavernusum fibers.

In almost 6 month I didn't gain any girth yet. About a month ago before I injured myself and was forced to take a 2 week break I gained 0.05 of a inch.
I hope that second half of the year will be better for me. (I'm still happy because I'm getting good progress on the length)

That means you were over training in your girth exercises. So you need cut back and give your cock more time to heal.
If you were doing PE for girth everyday, cut back to every other day.
If you were doing PE for girth every other day, cut back to once every three days.
Glad to see you are making gains in Length, that mean you are doing that one right, keep going bro.

I do spend about 1:15 to 1:30 doing my routine, but I wouldn't recommend it for most. When I started out, I did 30 minutes and kept adding time until I felt what I was doing was optimum, based solely off of how my penis felt. Perhaps I am lucky in that it seems to be able to take quite a workout and react positively without much conditioning, but from what I have seen on this forum, that is quite irregular, and with that I would not recommend anyone take these exercises lightly. Only you know your body, but you better listen to it when it talks, because if you ignore it, you can hurt yourself.
You would think so, but I was rock hard when I started, to which I credit part healthy lifestyle part youth. I'm not saying it couldn't be a change in EQ, but it doesn't feel like I have had any different of an EQ from the already fantastic EQ I had when I started. When it is erect, it feels about the same as it always has, just bigger. Anybody who has been here a while have any thoughts on the subject?

I started doing extreme girth routines after only one month of light stretching and jelqing.I'm 18, I have healthy diet, I workout ,my LOT is extreme high.I spend 90 min only on my girth routine and another 60 min on my lenght routine and I do anywhere from 100 to 500 kegels a day and I've been gaining .1'' of girth every 6 weeks..Please , don't tell me that everyone is different.There is no way you can gain that much in a month.When people read coments like yours , they think they'll gain that much if they do tha same, and they end up getting injured.And after seeing your photos , I'm sure you are a liar.Proof me wrong.I do spend about 1:15 to 1:30 doing my routine, but I wouldn't recommend it for most. The point being is as you add more Blood flow its slowly getting used to accepting more, therefor it grows.
Still going from under 5 to 5.6 is a massive gain. EQ or not. Wish I had your luck

I was lucky i gained about total 1 inch did jp 90 rultine and got .50 did about 2 moor months went to 5.25 than I bought a Bathmate only used it short time now I am 5.50 I keep measuring thinking i messed up but it keeps measuring 5.50. after I use the bathmate Iam 6.00 maby a little less but the bathmate is making ted rings around penis I only use for 15 min. does any body have that problem???

TwitterI have gained almost 1 inch in girth at midshaft and over 1 inch at the glans and base. It took 200 days of dedicated PE. I hope to see an 1/8 of an inch per month in the future. I started at 6 inch midshaft and now Im 6 7/8" so it's only a 15% increase but the difference is indeed noticeable.
