    With dedication, most guys can expect to gain an inch in length through PE but no one seems to be able to give a similar figure for girth. What have your girth gains been and how did you do it?

    Initial (16/6/12) : nbpel 12.5 cm / 4.9 inches , mseg 12cm / 4.7 inches

    Current(28/9/12) : nbpel 15.3 cm / 6.0 inches , mseg 12.4cm / 4.9 inches

    Goal: nbpel: 16.5cm / 6.5 inches , mseg 14.5cm / 5.7 inches

    I've gained 0.7'' so far.Pre-PE my girth was 4.3'' now it's 5''.I've tried everything exept pumping(I think it's useless, but that's just my opionion), and I got the best gains from Supra-slammers and Clamping.

    After about two consistent years I got to almost .75", then the inconsistency and then no PE back down to about .5".

    I got .25 in 6 month,
    I just think that girth a harder to gain.. and takes longer
    But I'm sure if you keep at it.. you'll get there

    Just remember that 1 inch girth gain has a much bigger impact then 1 inch lenght gain

    Got 1/2 inch in around 6 months, then went to hanging and havent lost girth at all. i throw in a very occasional pump but not enuff to gain. Length is the goal for another year.

    Damn, that sucks, man. Good you have the motivation to start again.

    It's weird how it drops - I thought you could cement the gains?

    I'm up around half an inch in girth, but I've almost exclusively worked on length so far. This October I'm going to transition into some aggressive girth work for a while and hopefully get another half inch :-)

    God you're lucky! I've gained 1/8th of an inch even though its been my main focus! I've gained over an inch in length though luckily

    I'm up .75" in one month, but I have worked aggressively on girth, 2/3 of my workout focuses on it.

    Well, I took at least half a year off. Maybe 8 months really... (including VERY inconsistent PE... as in once a week maybe)
    And the 5.75" was quite temporary anyway. Just my best measurement that wasn't taken directly after using my Bathmate.
