Do anyone know if there is any possible way of reducing the penis curvature without using any extenders? Everywhere I see is that people are advised to use extenders. But I'm not very much interested in that.

You can jelq against the curve.

Jelqing against the curve, or doing slinkies or erect bends against the curve
