    ATTENTION ALL GIRTH GAINERS! I want to know YOUR routine on how you've been so successful on gaining all of your girth! I've searched and searched but I just keeping finding "tips." SO, what is YOUR girth routine guys? This would help out a lot, not only for me but other guys like me who have been looking for these routines also. (I am not a beginner so don't give me the 90 day starter please)

    I'm about to start clamping. I would say the consensus around here is that clamping is most effective.

    Here are two I've my routines. Hope this helps.

    My PE Schedule from Jan 2012 which I gained 1/2" in girth & length

    My results with the Cock Ring & Routine for added Girth

    Begin 1/1/2009: *I took off 1 1/2yr.
    BPEL 6, MEG 4, BEG 4.5

    Current 2/1/2012:
    FL 6.1, FG 4.8
    NBPEL 6.8, BPEL 7, MEG 5, BEG 5.6

    Goal:
    NBPEL 8, BPEL 8+, EG 6

    Ultimate Goal:
    NBPEL 10, BPEL 10+, EG 7

    I'll be checking those routines out myself. I've started clamping more seriously lately. One exercise I'm really enjoying is putting my clamped cock on a surface and pressing down with the heel of my palm to flatten it slightly. The pressure build up is intense, but it's good when I have difficulty maintaining a raging boner while clamped, because it seems to work really well at 80 - 90% or so EQ. Doing it a full erection takes a delicate touch.

    All I ever did was pump, alot of time at low pressure and presto. Fat ding dong. I did so for several months and I gained about 1/2 an inch in girth and it has stayed even though I now hang. I have been slipping in some pumping again and I know its taboo but I am experimenting.
    I have tried clamping a few times and found that to be very effective as well. Start slow with clamping, maybe 4 or 5 minute sets to start. I found that 10 was extreme but I know I could work up to it if I stuck with it. I think either coupled with jelquing would be fantastic, nothing fancy. Just some of each. I do beleive that a good warm up helps although I dont warm up for hanging.

    My clamp sessions are 15 minutes long.
    My breaks in between are 'at least ' 10 minutes (usually longer). I try to get around 5 sets each day I clamp. Currently, I only clamp on weekends.
    While clamped, I maintain stimulation by light edging and kegels.
    For exercise I do bends, squeezes, and sometimes edge firmly but never ejaculate (afraid of retrograde ejac into bladder).
