Throw the idea of using this workout in the trash, too advanced especially for a beginner, to tedious and an extreme case of overtraining for any one else.

Agreed, Well you gotta know your starting stats, then you gotta know if you are length gainer or girth gainer, cos some people gain girth easier some th other way around. I am a girth Gainer, so i spend most of my time stretching.
Just do the JP90 routine first, thats what i did, then i just increase the JP-90 routine and increase the intensity. And it does work, just be patience. YOu will see the differences
Fellas, please use some common sense when handing out routines to new guys. The above routine is absolutely rediculous, i mean no offense to the maker of it but I am willing to bet that it is not successfull, and if it is it will end soon.
First of all you shouldn't base your confidence on penis enlargement, actually you shouldn't base your confidence on the size of your penis or lack of. Confidence is not a gift, it is something that you earn through struggle and frequent use. Learn to accept yourself as you are and everything that comes with it.
As for why you have that particular size, you need to understand that penis size, like height, is mostly genetic, yes the environment is a factor but it is negligible. A lot of guys blame themselves for their sizes, but in reality there is no one to blame other than your parents and ancestors.
Now regarding the overload of information, I would suggest you abstain from reading too much or thinking about it too much. Most of what you will come across is mostly theory and may not necessarily represent reality. Spending hours reading all of it is probably not worth you time. What I suggest you do is drink the kool-aid and follow JP's routine for the first 90 days. Afterwards it will be trial and error to find what works best for you.
If you're that concerned about it, you could get a urologists opinion. Personally, I've never had any success with urologists. In my opinion instead of seeing a doctor who's gonna likely tell you "its all in your head" I would just spend the money on a penis pump instead. It's also important to get one with a gauge, that way you know which pressure level you are at. Do long sessions between 3-5hg and you'll go a long way. Never go over 5.
Should get anywhere from 1/2-1inch temporary increase on the first session to flaccid and erect, permanent gains will follow. Pumping, in my opinion, is the safest and quickest method for gains.

Turtleproblems - what pumps do you suggest if I were to look into one? I am going to try some of these hand on excercises. I always thought these penis pumps were a gimmick given their notoriety on T.V/media.
