So, I've had some time off to recover from an injury and I done a small routine(9 mins stretch, 5 mins jelqs) the other day and to say it burned my internal organisms(not skin) is an understatement, when i stretched outwards all my base burned. When I stretched down all my ligament and top penis burned. When I stretched to the side, my side penis and that ligament burned like fuck and when I stretched up my inner penis was just fire and It still feels sore today, To me these PI's show I'll get good gains soon. The point of this post? Even veterans can get an "unfit dick" quick.
Also before my break all my internal structure's where very loose and I didn't get the same burn, or intensity, no matter how hard I pulled.
