All of the people here believe that positive PI's are key to growth, and if your EQ is getting better and better, you must be making gains.Started PEing 9 months ago, so I guess I'm a newbie, so I have few question about PI's.I don't think that anyone can answer them but I'm sure you'll try your best.
What are PI's based on? Why all of the men who gained the most overtrained? Most of the men who had huge gains didn't even mention anything about PI's.
And I have few questions about the so called negative PI's. Why soreness is a negative PI? Do you actually know what soreness is?One of the negative PI's is ''Loss of size'' Now, just think about it.How can anyone lose size doing PE ? Your EQ can get worse but how can you lose length for example if you're stretching 30-60 mins a day?
People like Bib, DLD, Kingsnake, BigGirtha,ItsElectric,Supra,Kabous,Aristocane,jelk oid did insane routines to get results.And before you say that their penises were contitioned - that can't be possible.Kingsnake for example started doing hours of PE after his 5th month I think.He hung for 60 mins a day, stretched for another 30 mins, pumped, clamped, ADC,ADS basically everything.I've read all of his threads and an year ago for 2 weeks he hung for 3 hours and clamped for another 3 hours A DAY, and he gained 0.1'' in length and another 0.1'' in girth.I don't think that there is a human who can tolarate that much and still have so called positive PI's.Bib hung for 6 hours EVERY DAY.I stretch for 45 mins a day and my EQ gets fu*ked up, don't know about him.Big Girtha did clampathones for 3-4 days straight.Now you're gonna say , he got injured blablal , yes , he got injured from hanging, not from clamping.His dick might be dark, might have scars but to gain 2'' in 2 years is quite an acomplishment.Aristocane - same thing , clamped like crazy,his penis got seriously discolorated, but he gained 1 3/4''.And of course DLD, he did hours and hours of PE every day, and he's said multiple times that when his EQ got worse, he didn't stop, he worked though it.And there are many other who ''overtrained'' and got huge gains, and probably there are many others outhere who we don't even know about.And when you think about it, exept BigGirtha nobody else got injured, correct me if I'm wrong.
Not trying to say that everyone should start doing routines just like the men above, but most men gain the first 6 months or so, and then their gains slow down dramatically, because they think that if they ''overtrain'' their penises won't grow and they'll get injured, which is not true based on what I've read.
I hope we can get a discusion going.Pretty there're going to be different opionion on this topic.Please , avoid using the phrase "Everyone is different'''just like bodybuilders do.Key to gains is progressive tension overload , so we gain the exact same way, but some get better results for some reasons that we don't know about.
