    All of the people here believe that positive PI's are key to growth, and if your EQ is getting better and better, you must be making gains.Started PEing 9 months ago, so I guess I'm a newbie, so I have few question about PI's.I don't think that anyone can answer them but I'm sure you'll try your best.

    What are PI's based on? Why all of the men who gained the most overtrained? Most of the men who had huge gains didn't even mention anything about PI's.

    And I have few questions about the so called negative PI's. Why soreness is a negative PI? Do you actually know what soreness is?One of the negative PI's is ''Loss of size'' Now, just think about it.How can anyone lose size doing PE ? Your EQ can get worse but how can you lose length for example if you're stretching 30-60 mins a day?

    People like Bib, DLD, Kingsnake, BigGirtha,ItsElectric,Supra,Kabous,Aristocane,jelk oid did insane routines to get results.And before you say that their penises were contitioned - that can't be possible.Kingsnake for example started doing hours of PE after his 5th month I think.He hung for 60 mins a day, stretched for another 30 mins, pumped, clamped, ADC,ADS basically everything.I've read all of his threads and an year ago for 2 weeks he hung for 3 hours and clamped for another 3 hours A DAY, and he gained 0.1'' in length and another 0.1'' in girth.I don't think that there is a human who can tolarate that much and still have so called positive PI's.Bib hung for 6 hours EVERY DAY.I stretch for 45 mins a day and my EQ gets fu*ked up, don't know about him.Big Girtha did clampathones for 3-4 days straight.Now you're gonna say , he got injured blablal , yes , he got injured from hanging, not from clamping.His dick might be dark, might have scars but to gain 2'' in 2 years is quite an acomplishment.Aristocane - same thing , clamped like crazy,his penis got seriously discolorated, but he gained 1 3/4''.And of course DLD, he did hours and hours of PE every day, and he's said multiple times that when his EQ got worse, he didn't stop, he worked though it.And there are many other who ''overtrained'' and got huge gains, and probably there are many others outhere who we don't even know about.And when you think about it, exept BigGirtha nobody else got injured, correct me if I'm wrong.
    Not trying to say that everyone should start doing routines just like the men above, but most men gain the first 6 months or so, and then their gains slow down dramatically, because they think that if they ''overtrain'' their penises won't grow and they'll get injured, which is not true based on what I've read.

    I hope we can get a discusion going.Pretty there're going to be different opionion on this topic.Please , avoid using the phrase "Everyone is different'''just like bodybuilders do.Key to gains is progressive tension overload , so we gain the exact same way, but some get better results for some reasons that we don't know about.

    It sounds like those men put themselves through a lot.
    From these men, we have learned more effective ways of elongating ourselves. Now, you don't have to do long, torturous hours of PE to gain 1". I personally do less than an hour three times a week and I'm seeing a 1" per year in growth. I've also never injured myself. I came close in the beginning... but only because I didn't know about PIs.

    One man who's made huge gains that you didn't mention is BigAl. He focuses heavily on improving EQ to improve gains.
    Also, soreness is a neutral PI. It is neither good nor bad. Pain is a negative PI, likely because you're hurting yourself.

    Review Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!. You'll notice a theme...
    The penis has a certain function and all penises have commonalities: They get erect when stimulated. They become erect in the early morning without stimulation. They become engorged with blood and this leads to an increase in size and hardness. Etc.
    When these things stop, or aren't as strong as they once were, it is because the penis has been damaged or weakened to a point where it is not functioning as properly.

    What the mentioned veterans have helped to do is find out about these physical indicators. We aren't making blind stabs in the dark anymore. We're given a little more direction.

    It's not recommended that you push through poor EQ because it's dangerous. Have you read through those injury threads? They make me scared! I certainly don't want an injury and we don't want you to become injured, so we tell everyone to make safety a big precaution.

    You read all about those vets? That's impressive.

    In the end... Everybody really is different, but i'm sure you knew this by now but its the truth. All of those people you've listed, are rare examples and are the exception. They can pretty much do anything and gain. Not much to discuss, just gotta find what will allow you to gain for your individual needs. I can hang a very modest amount of weight (1-2lbs) and have negatives. I can do just a couple extra jelq reps and experience temporary impotence. On the other hand, I can pump for hours and still have huge gains and positive pi's.

    Stick with what works for you.

    Like you said soreness is a neutral PI, but if you pay atention , you'll see that when someone asks a question about soreness and If he should take a day off , all of the people here advise him to take 2-3-4 days off, so his penis can ''heal and grow''.I personally made all my length while my ligs were extremely sore, which most people think will cause injury at some point.Well, I've been stretching as hard as I can for the past few months and I'm injury free, but yes, my ligs are very sore, my erection are as hard as before PE, it just takes a little longer than before.
    We are trying to deform our penises, to make them longer and thicker, not stronger (just like Bib said).By taking days off your ligs/tunica heals and gets stronger.That's why Bib gained so much, because by stretching every single day , his penis was always in a stretched position.Again, DLD - he'd start exercising as soon as he gets up, and none of them said anything about EQ.

    Haven't read much about BigAl so I can't comment on his methods.Anyone can improve their EQ by doing PROVEN exercises like kegels and edging, and EQ can only help with girth gains by allowing you to get better expansion, I don't see how better EQ can help length gains.

    And none of the veterans mentiones PI's or anything like that.Bib's said many times before that he was sore, but he kept hanging - was it safe? No , but only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go, right ? And some of the "top performers" did the exact same thing.

    Yes, I read a lot.When I start doing something I get obsessed with it.

    Your points are well taken. I think we just want to make sure that newcomers don't risk hurting
    themselves, which these old timers could have well done given the risks they undertook.

    I am convinced that they DID do some kind of progressive approach in spite of their working
    through the negative p.i's.

    When I started my p.e. routine, I never stopped and just kept going longer and longer, day
    after day, adding more and more time and stress to my workout. And it paid off big time when
    I hit the middle of my fourth month.

    But contrary to some of the discoloration these men you've cited experienced, I NEVER had
    any discoloration EVER! My cock is as pink and pretty now as it ever was, so you CAN have
    these gains AND avoid discoloration--that is, if you approach p.e. progressively.

    I'll bet my bottom dollar if you asked these men now if they had it to do all over again, would
    they approach their beginning routine progressively, they would respond with a hearty YES!!

    I agree with you that the key to gains is "progressive tension overload." When I hit 90 minutes of jelqing
    a day, and then added a half hour of intense stretching, my cock got the message pretty quickly and
    within two weeks I started to gain like a bandit!!

    Looking back on it, it was the biggest natural high I have ever experienced, except maybe
    for my full body orgasms--to watch my cock in a matter of weeks, grow well over an inch in girth
    and in length. But I, as did all of these good men you have listed, worked my ass off for it.

    How many people do YOU know who would work out two hours and in some cases, much more,

    Exactly, I mentioned that in my first post that key to growth is progressive overload.They all applied that.They got discoloration because of all the clamping they did.Big Girtha clamped for 4-5 hours a day.

    They all made mistakes, all of us make mistakes at first, but they just found the right formula, and they weren't afraid of the consequences (negative PI's).

    What's the point of a larger dick if you can't fully get fully erect?
    With all those hours of PE, what time do you have left for other hobbies, or modes of self improvement?

    It would seem to me that function is impeded by using the methods described above. If I don't have a decent enough EQ, then how can I enter her? I can't enjoy a good blowjob if I'm sore or too soft. PE is a two handed job in most cases, so my other hobbies (like reading, my social+dating life, music, gym, etc) would all take a back-seat to the PE.

    I think you can achieve the same results without the strenuous amount of effort involved. In 2 weeks, Kingsnake gained a tenth of an inch in both girth and length by dedicating 3 hours of each day to PE? 3x14=42 hours of tugging on your weener for 1/10 an inch. That seems very excessive to me, especially considering the risk involved.

    But hey, I'm not denouncing your methods as wrong, or improper. If you want to go about doing it in this way, then by means, get at 'er and good luck. I do, however, sincerely hope you don't harm yourself.

    Kingsnake did 6 hours of PE a day for 2 weeks and normally he does 2 hours a day.I workout 5 days a week, I go to school from monday to friday and I do 60 to 90 mins of PE a day, and I still have time for everything else.

    I highly doubt all of the veterans mentioned above couldn't get an erection.DLD did 3 hours stretching and kegeling in the morning and in the afternoon he did his girth routine,after that he had sex with his girlfriend and after that he did some erect stretching, and before going to sleep he did 1000 jelqs.He might have had some EQ issues but he was able to have sex.Kingsnake same thing - he does 2 hours of PE every day, and he has sex almost everyday.He even posts a pictures of the girls he slept with,Bib also had a girlfriend/wife and he would have mentioned if he had any serious EQ issues.My point is that, you're EQ will go down, but you'll still be able to have sex.Yes, it's time consuming but it's worth it IMO.

    I don't want to be doing this for a long time in order to achieve my goals.I'd rather ''overtrain'' and get the results I want in less time and have all the sex I want after that.

    I've been overtraining since I started basically and I will continue to overtrain for the next year.Am I going to gain or just harm myself? - I don't know , I guess I'll find out.

    Is there someone else who has gained with negative PI's ?
