    First of all I'll tell ya a little about me. I'm 19 and have done PE off and on for about a year. I have gained a little, not sure if it is from PE or just still growing lol. My current stats are BPEL: 7",NBPEL: 6.5-6.6" (around there), and barely over 5" EG. And by the way my EQ is pretty high, 9 or 10. A little over 3 months ago I got serious about PE and started doing it consistently, I started with JP90 again and I've finished it now.
    My goal is NBPEL: 8" BPEL:8.5" EG: 6". Here where I need some advice, I've read on here you want to gain length first. I am planning on either continuing JP90 and adding maybe another type of length stretch or something and more jelqing maybe or start hanging. I'm very cautious though and I always check and make sure everything is ok and my PI's are good. I'm pretty sure I have the time for hanging too cause I could just do it while I'm studying or something. And what I've read is guys get good gains with hanging usually the fastest if they do it right and are dedicated to it. So should I start hanging or just continue with a modified JP90 for 6 months - a year to see if I get any gains, or anything you guys suggest for length gains? Btw sorry if this isn't really organized, I'm a scatterbrain, I write what pops in my head instantly. Thanks in advance.

    How about doing the 90 day routine and maybe for a bit longer if you plan on hanging. Hanging to me is scary.

    Make sure you're conditioned before you start hanging! I'd suggest atleast 6 months of JP90 extra .. You can severely injure yourself with hanging! Be careful!

    Also make sure you're well informed about the exercise(s)!

    Alright, I'll stick with JP90 but should I add more stretching or anything?

    You can do that, just make sure you don't overtrain. You've seen some results from JP90 so make it a bit more intense and see how that goes .. If you keep on gaining from JP90, why quit/change? you know

    Yeah, I'm real good at watching my PI's and know when to take an extra day off. I'm not sure if my gains are even from PE though because I remember measuring like a year ago or a long time ago and I was like 6" erect (not sure if it was BPEL or NPBEL) but either way it's bigger now! So I'm happy lol!

    Those gains are probably erection quality gains. Your erections have become better thus giving you a bigger dick That's always a good sign btw! And: a gain is a gain

    Read a lot here, try a routine, be consistent, .. and gains will come even more!
