First of all I'll tell ya a little about me. I'm 19 and have done PE off and on for about a year. I have gained a little, not sure if it is from PE or just still growing lol. My current stats are BPEL: 7",NBPEL: 6.5-6.6" (around there), and barely over 5" EG. And by the way my EQ is pretty high, 9 or 10. A little over 3 months ago I got serious about PE and started doing it consistently, I started with JP90 again and I've finished it now.
My goal is NBPEL: 8" BPEL:8.5" EG: 6". Here where I need some advice, I've read on here you want to gain length first. I am planning on either continuing JP90 and adding maybe another type of length stretch or something and more jelqing maybe or start hanging. I'm very cautious though and I always check and make sure everything is ok and my PI's are good. I'm pretty sure I have the time for hanging too cause I could just do it while I'm studying or something. And what I've read is guys get good gains with hanging usually the fastest if they do it right and are dedicated to it. So should I start hanging or just continue with a modified JP90 for 6 months - a year to see if I get any gains, or anything you guys suggest for length gains? Btw sorry if this isn't really organized, I'm a scatterbrain, I write what pops in my head instantly. Thanks in advance.
