    hello, i'm new here and i see a lot of topic about routines and device.
    My question is: What is the most effective way to enlarge my penis in lenght? Use a device, or manual workout?
    Thank you to help to understand more about it and sorry if the question had already been asked

    Ok thank you, do you know where i could find some workout for beginners with video or pics, cause i don't know much about it.

    try START HERE in the top left, JP90 is a excellent starting work out, as well the other parts help with the terms and afew other things ^.^

    I see the JP90, can I use those routines in addition of a device like penimaster without any risk? Cause he never mention it.

    If length is your goal you can look at hanging. Read the sticky threads in the devices forum. Hanging is very safe if you start light and progress slowly.

    can you, yes, but since you haven't conditioned yourself at all, you want to go very very slowly. lowest tension, short starting duration (like 45 in a day [15 min x 3 sessions])
    it's not encouraged to start with a device before jp90 is done, just remember to take everything slow. it's a investment in time. no one will ever gain 6" in a year without something really bad happening afterword(like NEVER getting it up ever again)
