    I just started today with JP90 and my penis feels tired. I'm at 6 1/2 erect now and I'm new to PE so is it really possible if I stick with the JP90 routine and if I try something else after JP90 that I can make my penis 8 inches erect? What exercises to you recommend to make a penis bigger while flaccid? Any suggest and work outs/products that recommend please let me know. Thanks

    A gain of 1.5" has been done before, but I wouldn't say that it's a common occurrence. It would definitely take diligence on your part. A lot of guys set both short and long term goals, so that they have something to aim for before their final mark. Your call. Think of this as a long-haul kind of endeavor.

    If your penis feels tired already, keep an eye on it. It might just be your initial reaction to your first workout, but if it becomes persistent and you see a drop in EQ, then you're likely stretching and/or jelqing too hard.

    Flaccid size gains are often a natural side effect of PE, but there are exercises (fowfers come to mind) that can help flaccid size later if you'd like.

    When I first started PE, i was 4.75"NBPEL. I didn't know about bone pressed measurements then (7 years ago), but I assume it would have been 5.25"BPEL. My girth was also 4.75".

    My current measurements are 7.75"BPEL 6.75"NBPEL 5.75"EG

    I never thought of my gains being "great" because my eye has been so set on achieving 8"NBPEL 6"EG. After posting pics and seeing the reactions towards my gains, i hold my cock in my hand and think "holy shit. I went from under average to well above average."

    The point of my rant is, you can reach your goals with hard work and dedication. Motivation is the key, and PEGym is the fucking key master. Lol.

    So statistically most people never reach that mark? I was under the impression that by continuing doing PE for a long time (years), one will eventually get 1", 1 1/2 " gains.

    It's quite common to gain such length with persistence and dedication, for many length comes easy, and if you are not satisfied with manual exercises you can try extenders or even hanging, personally I find that goal to be achievable.

    what is EQ.. i keep seing these symbols like GE, BPEL, MSEG, NPBEL, and others, is their a key? because i have no idea what these mean, lol any help

    I see PE is just like working out if you continue to do all the work outs and if you try other things like extenders or pumps you will see gains I'm really looking forward to seeing some good results and reaching my goal any maybe going beyond but, that's down the road. Thanks everyone for the motivation. Don't worry johnroz i don't know what they mean so your not the only one lol.
