If you ejaculate more than 3 or 4 times per week this could negatively affect your feelings of pleasure, and decreases sexual energy and eneregy in general. I would wait a few days then try again.

Default Horse Squeeze & Internal Stretch

pe_ZEN, Been a while since I checked this post.Some clarity on the inverted V .When pushing down at the base,pushing down on both sides and IN ? And UP ? or just the penis bulb ?And the 'trigger pull'- up or out ?
I'll check the post to see if you pick this up.

Okay pe-ZEN , Been a while since I posted on this thread. And I have this question ? I've got a large sac and can go under and in to grip the whole inner penis in one grip . From bulb to glans . Gripping with fingers and using the thumb to brace the
shaft from the other side .Like a thumbs up ,fingers around the inner penis .
My question is , with this grip I can work the whole shaft at one time .Do you feel that this would be as effective for pulling out the inner penis ?
I've only done these a couple of times . Experiment you know .
I'll do these as you recommended . A few times a week . As my body knows best .

These are great stretches! They also add variety.

I agree--like working out in the gym, stretch later for better results. I stretch last instead of first, and always work the ligs.
