  • New to Extending

    So I've been into PE for about a yr now. That being said I dont think I've ever successfully gotten through the 90 day routine. I keep loosing the practice and then jumping back on..
    Im going to attempt the 90 day routine again tomorrow. The plan is to do the routine at night and then throw on the extender when I sleep
    So what do yall think of that?!
    my real question though is this -> in order to keep my dick from flying back out of the noose i have to tighten the noose pretty hard. because its so tight and its right under the head of my penis after about a hr or 2 it starts to be uncomfortable and kind of painful where the noose is. Any advice?

    Don't extend while sleeping, especially using a noose tube fastening.
    Extend after work, after supper, a few hours before bedtime.
    Do your PE exercises in the morning, or before extending.

      I've heard people on this forum say not to extend at night but why? On the info booklet that came with my extender it says its fine to sleep with it on. If you get hard at night it will come off(last night) and if it starts to hurt it will wake you up right?

        do you think it matters if you do them back to back? why do you suggest pe exercises first?
