  • Short on Time

Time and dedication seem to be the best method for PE. However, what if time was short? What would be the best routine if you only had 10 minutes a day?

The best approach is to find the time. If you can't make enough time to complete even a minimal routine, then consider breaking it up into two parts. Even then, with a warm up, it will likely take over 10 minutes.

Extending can be a good option for those with timing and privacy issues. Easily hidden, and can be worn while performing other things, like studying.

Have a look at PESG's routine, which is very minimal. But even that is above the requested time.

      October 15/2014
      7.5 inches BPEL
