Just took a shower and performed my usual side to side stretches. Came up with the idea to do it while bundled, and while doing it i came up with the idea to add some 10 sec - 20 sec kegels as well. I know it sounds pretty hardcore and guess it is. Therefor totally don't reccomend it for beginners.
But for the more advanced members i would like to know if anybody has some experience with it and to what degree it adds to progress and if you could combine it with more excercises in the same session or that this excercise is enough since it's quite badass
