I have known about PE for a while and played around with various aspects of it. I never measured when i was doing it but i did clamping for quite some time (2 months more or less everyday) and probably gained about 1/10 to 1/4 inch girth. I also did DLD'S newbie routine on the MOS site but didn't really enjoy it to be honest and got bored of it after a couple of weeks and no intial gains in length (for those of you that don't know this routine, it's mainly stretches).
I will be receiving a penis extender in the post on Friday (the Male Edge Pro) and I intend to use this and try the routine that comes with this for a month and see what happens. I also intend to do the Mandingo stretch (i have started doing this in the shower as of yesterday 2x with each hand for 30 seconds). I will measure me stats on Friday when i get my extender (which comes with a ruler specifically for this lol!) and take things from there.
I have a very high LOT (between 10 and 11) and suggestions for really powerful stretches that target this type of LOT (by the way i love the mandingo stretch so anything like this down the way would be awesome!)
I would also like to know how long the mandingo stretch should be held for and how many times during a session when you just start using it (this is why is have put this in the advanced forum).
And anybody who says that such techniques shouldn't be used by beginners, spare me the lecture and give me the thoughts you give someone "more experienced". I feel i finally have the motivation to do this and have been on and off with PE for 5 years and now is the time to devote myself to this (i'm not getting any younger), so please don't patronize me .
