  • Bruising

I've noticed some bruising, so I decided to take a couple days off until it goes away. I figured I could use the days to get some good edging sessions in. I was just wondering if edging would hinder the process of the bruise healing? Also, does anyone know any good remedies of speeding up the bruise healing process?

For healing, I use vitamin E. It seems to help. I cut the end off of a vitamin E gel tab and squeeze the gel out and spread it over the bruise. Even if it does not help healing, which I think it does, at least it makes it feel good.
