Im on a 2 day 1 off routine.
I warm up for 15 min (10 min with a rice sock, 5 min with a hot towel)
Then I stretch for 10 min. I do the 2 second hold ones and rest 2 second (forgot what their called) & the rotation stretch.
Then I jelq for 10 mins, with a light stretch after each jelq.
Then I warm down for 10 mins with a hot towel.
I wanted to change up my routine.. Maybe add some more stretching for length..
& is stretching everyday good or not?
Can some one point out a few stretches. ect ect.
