stretching everyday..

  • stretching everyday..

    Im on a 2 day 1 off routine.

    I warm up for 15 min (10 min with a rice sock, 5 min with a hot towel)
    Then I stretch for 10 min. I do the 2 second hold ones and rest 2 second (forgot what their called) & the rotation stretch.

    Then I jelq for 10 mins, with a light stretch after each jelq.

    Then I warm down for 10 mins with a hot towel.

    I wanted to change up my routine.. Maybe add some more stretching for length..
    & is stretching everyday good or not?

    Can some one point out a few stretches. ect ect.

        I like the A and V stretches. I have just added them to my stretching and really find them comfortable....
        If its not broken, break it....rethink it, rebuild it better. If you are not, your competition is.

          Tunica tugs are good. As well as side fowfers.
          Goal: Huge
