I do have PPP.
It's not as bad as in the picture there.

It doesn't really bother me. It's harmless. You can get them removed if you want to.

I don't have any papules. I wouldn't mind them if I did, but those papules at Wiki were kind of scary. I wonder what that feels like.

The papules on wiki are a very advanced case.

There was a study done. Out of 200 men, 95 had penile papules. That's approx 48%. Nearly half.

It doesn't feel like anything. I just have one line stretching from the left side of my glans to the right. There are maybe 40 of them, REALLY tiny. If you run your finger on them, you don't feel it whatsoever. It's only when I run my nail over it. It feels like mini pimples.

I would prefer to not have them. But they don't bother me. My girlfriend didn't notice them until today when I told her (We've been together for 8 months). So that's a good sign.

However, I'm pissed with the penis/testicules I was born with. Why can't I have at least ONE damn good thing about my penis/balls?

I guess I'm just gonna have to build everything up

I've got a case of that at the base of my penis, some around the rim of the glans, and along the scrotum (sort of), it's not as intense as that wiki image though - you can't really tell there's anything there unless you're inspecting it up close. At first I thought it might be a heat rash or herpes or genital warts, the last two of which freaked me the hell out, lol. I'd figured out that it was actually this though, thanks to another PE'er having them on another forum and making a poll or question or something of the sort seeing if other guys had them.

Now that I've done some research, penile papules are a HUGE problem amongst men.

We need to do something about it on PE Gym. I have researched potential cures for PPP.

Cernunnos, where should I post about treatment for PPP? In the advanced or theory forum? I'm willing to bet A LOT of guys on PE gym have penile papules.

Having PPP sucks, until recently (about three months ago) I thought i had genital warts, which made my life a living hell around women. It really sucks when your not informed about stuff like this. i actually found this forum because of my quest to get rid of my PPP. the more i read and the more i informed myself i found that PPP is a problem for some men(myself) . PPP is with out a doubt a confidence killer.

When I get two weeks off for christmas, I'm going to make a huge thread: The Official PE Gym Penile Papule Thread. Any PPP related material, how to cure it, what it is, how it works, how many men have it, is it a problem, etc..is all going to go in that thread. We're gonna help men out there suffering from PPP.

I believe some of you are mistaken in thinking you have p.p.p., Frrom the description some of you have givin ( having them on your scrotum and base of your shaft) and if they get more pronounced when you pull the skin tight they are most likely Fordyce Spots and 90% of men have them. PPP... the first name I knew was Tyson's Glands... or I'm having memory issues. Anyway, I hate them! They ugly, painful and even more uglyer and more painful! I have like dozens of those around my glans!

Never actually thought there was a way to remove them... I'll talk to my urologist perhaps?

Edit: now I read about the Fordyces's hehehe. This way I'll find ANOTHER urologist as I have PPP and not Tyson's... Actually I also have Tyson's EVERYWHERE except on my glans.

hey, I actually have a small strip of those! I never even noticed them until this thread...can only see them if I look really hard...no big deal I guess!
