I'm 18 years old. I started PE a few weeks ago along with some weight lifting, I've gotten gains in length so far around .2 inches. Girth however seems to be remaining the same for now.

Hmmm I wish i saw this site when i was 16!!! Infact I cant evn remember the internet when i was 16. Wouldn't you get better gains the younger you were?

Sixty-eight years of age, but don't look a day over sixty- seven. At age 16 Computers were a thing for science fiction, and no one could have imagined the internet at that point. Dissemination (different than insemination) of information was done sotto voce in the school yard. Elvis was banned from the waist down on TV. Those of us on academic tracks (they weren't called that then) used slide rules. But you are right, had I known then about these exercises today would be known as the 'anaconda', scourge of the Shady Vale Nursing Home. When in his 90's George Burns was asked when sex ended for him. His reply: Oh about 2:30 this morning.
