My girth amazes me sometimes too, geezer. I'm still gaining in flaccid girth. It's often 6.5" at the base nowadays. Keep at it, good man. Your flaccid girth should catch up with your erect length girth, sooner or later.

When I have a full hang, I'm about 4.5-5 in length. But 90% of the time I am turtled up because all of the physical activity I do/supplements I take, so I often look like I have a 2.5-3 inch one. Not good for locker room showers but I don't really care.

Mine turtles a lot but on a average day its 2". Its cause I'm overweight, the head just goes in!!!

On really really good days, I can hang about 6.5-7". More typically, about 5-5.5".

I like that reference point. Would you say your hand or the average man's hand size? I have large hands, so I would need to have a 5" flaccid to have a good hang. Whereas others would only need 4" or a little less for a good hang.

I think depending on your body a good flaccid hang may be different than that of another person.
