Overtraining but I recovered completely in a few weeks.
Minor but it took months for me to fully recover.
My injury was major but I was 100% in less than a month.
Major but I was 100% in less than 6 months.
Major but I was 100% in less than 2 years
Major and it has been more than a year and I am not fully recovered.

Not sure yet wether to put "minor" or "major" down for the injury. I had done PE for about one week. At the time I didn't realise that my grip was too tight during my stretches and jelqs. Grip felt fine at the time but in hindsite I realise it was too tight. Also my jelq session was probably too long. This was a little over a month ago.
One evening after the first week I felt a burning, itching, tingling sensation on the top right side near my glans. I also noticed that my glans were cold and pale. After a couple of days rest I noticed that the symptoms continued but that there was bruising on the bottom and sides of my glans also a couple of hard ridges on the right side shaft. After closer inspection I noticed a raised vein about the size of a grain of rice on top of the penis under the skin about half a centimeter below the glans. I beleive this was responsible for the burning/itching sensation. After some research I realised this was a thrombosed vein. Luckily the t-vein healed in about one weeks time.
After about 3 weeks I realised that there had been no change in the bruising on the underside of my glans and I started to get very worried. I read everything on penile injuries which added to my stress big time. When you are going through it it becomes the only thing you think about all day every day. You don't realise the toll the stress starts to take on your body.
Well it has been one month since the injury and the bruise is finally starting to heal. Having bruised glans for a month will definitely freak you out. If this were all I would have put down "minor" injury but I feel as though I may also be dealing with pelvic floor issues as well (although unconfirmed at this point). Time will tell.
I'm not sure if I will ever attempt PE again? Which sucks because I do feel like I was seeing gains even after one week. If all heals ok I may, but I will definitely go much slower and lighter next time.

Mine was from too much pressure in the cylinder while pumping. I was at 8-9 hg and when I finished I had a bruise on my shaft. After a few days I tried again and it worsened and was at about 3/8ths of an inch accross. Looks damn big when its on your dong. I actually popped it and it was gone in a few days, all in all I took about a week off and havent had a problem since. I havent gone above 7 hg for more than 10 minutes since, my usual limit is 6 hga nad i prefer 5 hg or less for longer sets now.
What i learned was that you can feel completely fine in the pump while you are bruising and not even know it.

TwitterMine came when I tried to increase the strength of stretches during my routine.
Immediately after I had jelqued for maybe two minutes and tried to do some edging, my unit shriveled to the size of a nub.
Over the course of 1 week I could not get an erection at all... It was hell...
Now almost 3 months later I seem to be pretty normal, except my hard-flaccid occurs still at times but I believe I am getting better.
Not sure where should vote for HF experience though...

The first time I used the Bathmate (it was also the first pump ever): I got bored of just waiting in the shower after 10min so I got out while still having the bathmate on and did other stuff. Little did I know, by moving so much, I had lightly injured a nerve as I lost almost complete sensation of my penis when I would touch it. I temporarily stopped PE, the recovery took about 1 week and every day I would feel a little more than before.
I now got used to staying really still and in the bath rather than showering and moving around and I really love using my pump.

I'm currently recovering from a lig injury but it's the fundaform ligament near the underside rather than the top susp lig. It's been 3 months. At first I got a pain near my testicle so I went to the doctor. She told me I had a varicocele causing me pain so I kept peeing and jerking it. Eventually 1 month later it really started to ache from inflammation. That when I realized it was a lig issue. The doc misdiagnosed the source of pain. There was no bruising and no sharp pain during jelqing so I'm pretty sure that it's just a grade one sprain (meaning overstretched with no to maybe slight tears) its been healing but everytime after 1.5 week I lightly jerk it and reinjury it. No matter how light I jerked it I reinjured it. So i'm taking a 6 week break till I touch down there. I just hope I don't get tendinosis from not letting it heal properly in the first place. Overall pe injuries kill you mentally. You can't stress more than when it comes to your penis. So be careful guys and be patient with these things. It was hard for me to calm down but I think I'm gonna be okay.
