Default Your PE Schedule

Not your routine - but your schedule? How many days on versus how many days off. Curious to see what you folks are doing. I've never done anything but 2 on, 1 off/ personally... I have thought about a 5 on, 2 off schedule in the past, but it always scared me. Maybe in the future...

I started with a 5 on 2 off and went to a 2 on 1 off because I was having "down days."
But, this was after months of the 5 on routine. I got 60-70% of my growth with that routine.

I used to exercise 2 days on and 1 day off, but I changed back to the good ole' 1 on 1 off.

I voted 5 on / 2 off since I've made all of my gains from that sort of routine.

I do stretching with my extender every day. I may only get to use it for about 2 hours at night before I go to bed. On weekends I use it for up to 8 hrs a day. But there are some nights that I just don't have time to do any exercises. So I do get some rest.

I don't recommend this for most guys, but I made my greatest gains when I practiced P.E. 24/7. I maintained a daily schedule for a good five to six months.
I still do some kind of P.E. every day even if it's a very light stretching or edging--kind of like a maintenance routine.

me too.My most gains came from a 7days on a week and rest only when I felt tired.Especially in the first monts I didnt rest.At first months when I took a 4 days of my EQ fell and my gains too .Then I took the descision that the only rest will be only when I reach my goal and I am sure that it wont go away.It depends on how much you want it...Now I have reached my goal but it is ridiculus how easy gains go away.Only five days of and I have lost 1/4".Now I finished with exams so I want to take this back.I would like to see how easy it would be...

I'm a 2 days on, 1 day off man myself, purely because I don't want any injuries. My EQ is good, I'm getting morning wood and no longer feel fatigued
