All these people describing their 5-5.5inch girth 'sheepish' and 'very thin', thanks guys makes everyone with 4.5 inch girth and less very confident!

A lot of these guys started out at about 4.5". You'll get there!

I think i was originally 5 or less... the biggest visual diferance in my gains is girth.

cumming to the end of a 2 month brake!!!
I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

I feel girth is more diet than PE. By eating food that promotes vascular dilation you increase your girth. Beef, milk, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. Stay away from diuretics and too much caffiene exceeding 300mg per day.

I would have to agree KP ... Im always on top of my diet , weather its to cut or get bigger ... when im trying to gain weight I eat everything I need and some.
