for those of you that gained 1in in less than 4 months...were you on the newby routine or did you go along to do advanced exercises?

Gained my first full inch after 4 long hard months. Went from 6" to 7". And this is only the beginning.

Gained the first inch in just under 6 months, and another .25 since in probably 4 months. Lookin for at least another .25 to .5, wannna be big but dont wannna hurt my girl.

First of all, thanks for being here and providing a lot of information.
I bought the book and just began Month 4.
It took me a little while to get comfortable with the measurement process, so I am sceptical of my early measurements. Having said that, here is my data:
6/10/09 BPEL 5.5" EG 4.75" (Measured before my first ever PE workout.)
6/16/09 BPEL 6" EG 4.75"
7/8/09 BPEL 6.125" EG 4.75"
7/29/09 BPEL 6.19" EG 5.0"
8/19/09 BPEL 6.25" EG 4.94"
9/9/09 BPEL 6.31" EG 5.0"
9/22/09 BPEL 6.375" EG 4.94"

I guess a bit of both. I did strict jelqing for three months 24/7. Then I added pretty much all the streches, except for the most advanced, in my fourth month. That's when I started to gain like crazy.

hey im new nd was just wonderin just how hard yu need to stretch cuz i been doing it for awhile nd it seems i been getting harder nd thicker but lost erect length. just wanna no if anyone has any good ideas. nd another thing i do my workouts in the shower nd kinda been randomw wit reps nd stuff.. do five flaccid stretches 25 sec long nd 5 times straight out down up side to side. then jelq at bout 20-60% erect 30 times downwards 30 times upwards nd 30 straight out. nd one more thing i have tryed this awhile ago but stoped went from bpel-6.25 to 7.25 nd my eg- 4.55 to 5.0





bpel-6.75
eg 4.95

bpel goal- 8.0
eg goal-5.5
